This 12 week program is focused on improving your shoulder mobility and posture. The program is divided into 3 Levels with 2 Workout Phases in each level. Each phase must be done for at least 2 weeks (3-4 times per week) before moving to the next phase to get the full benefit of the program. Once you perform the exercises in each phase with ease, move on to the next level.
